Purchase Tickets

1. What are LSPA’s ticket policies?

No matter what method in which you purchase tickets to LSPA events, all tickets sales are FINAL (see question #2 below for ticket purchase options). With this said, however, tickets are transferable meaning that if you want to sell, exchange, or give your current ticket(s) to another party, you are free to do so.  In other words, if you are unable to attend an event, for any reason, and wish to relinquish your tickets to another party you DO NOT need to notify LSPA.

2. How can I buy tickets to LSPA productions and what methods of payment are accepted?

There are multiple ways to purchase tickets as follows:
(A) Online at lsparts.org (visa/MasterCard credit purchases only)
(B) In person at the LSPA business office during the hours of 9:00 pm-4:00 pm
Monday-Thursday (cash, check, credit accepted)
(C) Onsite at the venue  (cash, check, or credit accepted -- advance purchases are
recommended to avoid potential lines)

3. How will I receive my tickets?

Regardless of how you purchase your tickets (as listed above #2), if you enter your e-mail address at the time of purchase, you will receive your tickets directly on your e-mail allowing you to print them anytime. You may bring your printed copy or pull up your e-ticket on your smart phone/mobile device to be scanned as you enter the venue.

4. Do I have to have printed tickets to enter LSPA productions?

No, you do not have to have a hard copy.  However, without printed tickets, you will need to access the tickets in your e-mail on a smart phone or multi-media device.  Please reference also question #3 for additional explanation.

5. Can I purchase seats on multiple days in a single transaction?

Like shopping on Amazon or other major retail websites, you will get an online shopping cart detailing the tickets on the select days you purchased.  You will have an opportunity at the end of your transaction to review the items/tickets in the cart before submitting your purchase.

6. What if I don’t have an e-mail address or I didn’t put my e-mail in at the time of purchase, how do I get my tickets?

(A) If you purchased tickets online, you will need to print them at the time of
purchase; however, if you failed to print them (and didn’t enter an e-mail address)
contact the LSPA Business Office at 706.882.9909. 
(B) Come in person to the LSPA business office during the hours of 9:00 pm and 4:00
pm, Monday-Thursday to purchase and print them.  Hours during performance weeks may vary. 

7. Are my tickets transferable?

The short answer is: Yes. While all tickets sales are considered FINAL, tickets are transferable meaning, that if you want to sell, exchange, or give your current ticket(s) to another party, you may do so.  In other words, if you are unable to attend an event, for any reason, you can relinquish your tickets to another party at anytime and DO NOT need to notify LSPA since the barcode will be scanned upon entry to the each performance.

You may also turn back in your unused tickets 24 hours in advance of the performance date to receive a receipt for a tax-deductible donation.

8. If I change my mind after my purchase my tickets and need to alter my seats or dates of attendance, what can I do?

9. My tickets printed out all on one page, how do I get my tickets to those who may not be arriving at the venue with us or coming at another time?

There are solid lines separating each ticket when printed. As such, if you need to distribute these tickets to others in your part, simply cut the tickets apart, but DO NOT CUT the square bar code on the right side – this barcode is necessary for us to scan as you enter the auditorium.

10. What ages are considered student tickets?

Ages 5-18.

11. If my online ticket purchase didn’t e-mail my tickets to me, or I’m not sure if my transaction was processed, what do I do?

Contact the LSPA Business Office my calling 706.882.9909 or e-mail info@lsparts.org.

12. If I need assistance, have questions or concerns, who do I contact?

The LSPA Business Office is available Monday-Thursday, 9:00 pm – 4:00 pm.  You may reach our office by calling 706.882.9909 (leave a message if no one answers); e-mailing info@lsparts.org, or by visiting us in person at 214 Bull Street, LaGrange, GA 30240.  If there is a serious concern that needs immediate attention, contact the LSPA Executive Director, Kerri Vice at 706.882.3961 or kvice@lsparts.org.

13. Are all shows handicap accessible?

Yes. If you have needs for handicap, hearing, and/or seeing impaired, please contact the LSPA Box Office directly to assist you with your ticket purchase at 706.882.9909.

14. Cameras and Recording Equipment:

The use of cameras and recording equipment of any kind is strictly prohibited in the theatre.
